Are You Ready To Step Up?

I can't believe that i'm blogging again. I just wrote like a super-long-essay kind of post in the "Not-So-Open" discussion blog. *winks* Alright, cut the crap and start.

This afternoon, Karan and I mutually decided to watch a movie in I0I Mall in Puchong. Yup, only both of us, both guys. Others are not free because majority of them went to Malacca for an event. After some short chats, 12.30 is the time to go to our usual bus stop and meet up. As soon as we get on the bus, we started chatted about the unpleasant truth which will be featured in the "Not-So-Open" discussion blog. (gosh, keep talking about it) OK, fast forward time then.

Around 2.10 we reached I0I Mall, and we went straight to the cinema to book the tickets. The thing is we have not really decided which movie to watch. I need to decide which movie to watch, which is between Vantage Point (screening time : 3pm, 3.50pm) and Step Up 2 : The Streets (screening time : 3pm, 5pm). Why me? Here's the reason --->

In the bus...

Karan : Eh..now you decide which movie to watch. Its up to you.
CK : Alaa..why pula have to be me deciding which movie to watch? Susah la..
Karan : Oh, you see, I came up with the idea of going for a movie, and I was the one decided what time to meet up at the bus stop. So, now your turn to decide which movie to watch. Vantage Point and Step Up 2 both also not a problem for me.
CK : What the...like that also can ah? You sure both VP and SU2 which one I choose would not be a problem to you?
Karan : Yup. Not at all.
CK : LOL, ok, I choose. Then you choose where to eat then....ha-ha!
Karan : .........

At least I'm not one with the headache of choosing where to eat. For our gang of friends, choice of eating place has been always a hard one to make, and we will spend like at least 15 minutes just to decide where to eat. Tak tipu! Hmm, yeah..maybe places to eat in Cyberjaya sucks. =)

So ok, continue..I need to choose which movie, VP or SU2:TS (STEP UP 2!!! I was like buzzing about it since days before valentines) and which was when Karan said something like this --->

Outside the cinema...

Karan : Faster choose which movie. Time running out. Are you ready to step up? (the question is featured in SU2:TS trailer)
CK : (got intimidated after hearing that 'stepping up' question) Ready la of course! Step Up 2 then.

Not yet have lunch and the clock is showing 2.20pm. Movie screening at 3pm. Good god, Karan you better don't challenge me next time. We did atm-ing and A&W-ing (Karan ended up suggested A&W which is located only 10m away from the cinema) all in 35 minutes, and managed to get our asses on the cinema seats just in time. The whole cinema, less than 30 people. Cool.



Gosh, STEP UP 2: THE STREETS is the bomb! The bomb! The dance moves, storyline, acting, romance are simply AWESOME. You guys better watch this movie, its super entertaining + sexy. Step Up 2:The Streets is the 2008 sequel to the 2006 movie Step Up. The main female dancer/character is Andie West, played by Briana Evigan, while the main male dancer/character is Chase Collins played by Robert Huffman. Both of them are super sexy, super gorgeous. You guys can go to Step Up 2:The Streets Wikipedia for more information on the plot and characters. And oh yea oooh yeah, do download the OST for this movie. Superb. Hippie and full of energy.

Lai lai, i'm gonna insert two videos. First video will be featuring the last rain dance at The Streets. Look at all those people dance, they are not human. LOL.
I like the part the other girl dancer dance like as if she is punching the other male dancer and he himself dance like as if he was being punched, niceee =)

Verdict? Step Up 2, baby!

Pros: Superb dance moves ever seen in a movie, makes you feel hippie-hoppie after watching it, nice combination of Chase & Andie, awesome final rain dance, makes you feel like dancing after watching it *grins*

Cons: A few parts were censored in the cinema. The Censorship Board is doing a sucky job.
