Why'd You Have To Wait?

Its been almost half-a-year since July 2008 that I last blogged about anything here. I owe this blog so much. I kept on delaying and procrastinating all the posts I had in mind. Honestly speaking, I enjoyed myself too much for the past two semesters in my second year too much, until I totally neglected the need to update my blog. Right now, actually, I'm having a hard time to think about what to write. There are lots of stuff happened, perhaps I'm having a blogging rust.

Its already February 2009, and I'm already in the final semester of my second year of degree. Time flies...super quick. Lotsa ups and downs over the past half-a-year.
Right now, the second year of my degree will be the most memorable year of my life. Many crazy stuff happened. Crazy. I'm having an awesome group of close friends. Had so much fun knowing these people =)
Deep inside, am hoping it will continue albeit things are getting a little messy now.

Anywayyyyy...

This year, I finally had the chance to taste American Lobster. YUP, American Lobster. My first time okaayyy. I'm not that well-to-do unlike filthy rich people eat lobsters everyday. *grins*

I stayed at my sister's place for a few days before school reopens. And after the movie Inkheart, my sister's bf took us to Pantai Seafood Restaurant in PJ area for dinner. The moment i stepped in, some spider-like living thing caught my eyes and it looked expensive. Its Alaskan King Crab and you would not believe the price. Well, its my first time again, to see that crab and that pricing, live! It was still in the CNY mood that time, so the hole restaurant was packed and we'd had to wait quite a while before we got seated.

My sister told me her bf has eaten several times in this restaurant and the food quality here is very nice. I was like whoaaa your bf so rich can eat here se-ve-ral times. LOL =)

We ordered "Pak So Kong" fish, Baby Kailan and the ultimate dish Cheese-baked American Lobster. 3 dishes, just nice for 3 of us. After dinner when the bill came, the 0.9 kg American Lobster was RM150 so altogether, the bill came around RM250. Wooots. Overall, it was not the price that matters, it was the joy and satisfaction xD because the lobster is just too gooood.

Alaskan King Crab. RM298 per kg o.O

RM228 per kg for this Snow Crab. I've never heard of this guy before.

Australian King Crab. RM328 per freaking kg. Freaking scary.
How much will it cost for one of it's leg? RM32.8? =.=

I am suppose to study now because two of my midterm tests are just around the corner. But, as usual, I can't concentrate. So I came here to blog about YUI instead. How smart. And, gosh I'm so late for writing this post about SUMMER SONG. It was released weeks ago. *sweats*

The Dark Knight

Its dark. Its knightly. Its AWESOME. Come on, I can go on non-stop if I want to. 2 days after the movie and I'm still hooked on to it, still stunned and mesmerized. *arghh* I will go like "Let's put a s-mile on that face", "Why so seeerious?", "Good evveeening ladies and gentle-MAN", "We are tonight's entertainment." Oh gosh here I go again...

Forget about what other people said about the movie..eg. "the whole movie was so darky laahh, everything black black how to watch?", "the movie damn long, my butt aches", "the movie too deep lahh, cannot enjoy properly also" --- that's what I heard after I came out from the cinema and also from my other friends who have watched it.

TOO BAD. That's the only thing I replied, silently. IMO, this movie rocks. I watched in One Utama's TGV. Well, TGV is good enough for me because I got back middle seats, eye level to the screen. The seat is spacious and comfy, so no butt ache for me, and 2 hours 30 minutes is just perfectly nice for The Dark Knight.

TDK is not any other typical superhero movie. Its more like a movie that portrays the passion of crime and psychological warfare. *laughs* I was amazed by how Batman trying his best to make Gotham City safe from those crooks and how Joker trying his best to annoy the Batman. Other comic superhero movies that I've watched lately eg. Ironman, Hulk, Hellboy are nothing compared to TDK. In all aspects. *grins*

Honestly, I love this movie mainly because of Heath Ledger's Joker. Each time he appeared on the screen, I made sure I did not blink. *LOL* Heath Ledger's version of Joker is the best of all times I can say. The way he brings his maniac character around, spreading the psychotic killer aura and also some humor in between is superb. The Joker overshadowed Batman's ability, in terms of plotting out plans and playing psychological games. The way Heath Ledger played as the green-haired maniac in a purple suit, no doubt that he's the best played villain in movies I've ever seen. But, its sad to think that this will be the last performance by Heath Ledger.

There's one major flaw in TDK though, which is Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel. She sucks being Rachel. Please, Rachel is not that bithcy, slutty and noob. Katie suits Rachel more. Other than that, Aaron Eckhart played well as Harvey Dent. Same goes to Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox and Gary Oldman as Jim Gordon. I kinda like Jim Gordon in TDK, the way he assists Batman whenever possible and his leadership quality. Well done, Commisioner =)

Alright alright. I have to admit that its entirely my fault letting this blog to rot by itself and not updating it. Well, if you guys out there are willing to accept my excuses, I fail to update my blog due to:
